ceramic.wiki is free to read and, for the Events and Opportunities boards, free to submit to. This page covers the terms that come with doing either.
Article content is provided as a general, informational reference, on an as-is basis; see the Disclaimer for what that does and does not mean, particularly around safety and food-safety topics.
Both boards accept public submissions with no account or login required.
- Submitters are responsible for what they submit. ceramic.wiki does not verify the accuracy of a listing's dates, location, contact details, or description before it is reviewed, and takes no responsibility for a listing that turns out to be inaccurate, misleading, or outdated by the time a visitor sees it.
- Every submission is reviewed before it goes live, and ceramic.wiki reserves the right to reject or remove any submission, or to take down a listing already live, for any reason, including but not limited to spam, abuse, illegal content, or content unrelated to pottery, without notice to the submitter.
- Contact information included in a listing becomes public once approved — see the Privacy policy for exactly how that works and what the boards otherwise collect.
- ceramic.wiki is not a party to anything that happens as a result of a listing. Attending an event, applying for or hiring for a posted opportunity, or otherwise acting on a listing is between the people involved; ceramic.wiki does not vet, endorse, or take responsibility for any submitter, event, employer, or applicant.
- A submitter who wants their own listing corrected or removed can request that via the contact page.
These terms may be updated as the boards or the site change; the date below reflects the last update.
Draft status
Written in plain language for a small, independently run reference site, not reviewed by a lawyer. Update this page directly if how the boards actually work ever changes, rather than letting it drift out of date.
